Reader question: I know I shouldn't feel bad about my size, but I do
Stop shoulding yourself! (but also that's totally reasonable given the world we live in)
Dear Kate,
As a reader, I would be interested in your thoughts on size so hoping you might write about that at some point. I do find myself wrestling with the issue of my size these days partly because I know I shouldn’t be feeling bad about it, but I do. Nothing big time just struggling with that voice of judgment.

Dear Reader,
I am so sorry that you’ve been struggling. It’s impossible to live in a body in this world without being told you need to fix it in one way or another.
